Features
Y31125ET type ordinary gear hobbing machine adopts gear hob to roll-cut cylindrical spur gear, helical gear and spline, sprocket and so on. It is also possible to use a manual radial feed method to machine a conventional worm gear.
This machine is suitable for single-piece, small batch or batch production gear processing. The main electrical and hydraulic components adopt domestic famous brand products. In the main key castings such as bed and column, double-wall and high-strength structure are adopted, which has compact structure, strong dynamic and static rigidity and high precision. The machine tool adopts a semi-sealed protective cover in the working area, which does not leak oil, and eliminates the pollution of the production environment caused by seepage and oil leakage during hobbing.
