The key components of this machine tool (bed body, headbox, saddle, skateboard, tool holder, gearbox) are all made of HT300 high-strength gray cast iron, which adopts three-level aging treatment, especially natural aging for no less than 6 months. The material performance is stable, the rigidity strength is high, and it is not easy to deform. It can withstand heavy cutting and maintain machining accuracy for a long time.

The bed guide rails of this machine tool have undergone ultrasonic quenching and are high-precision ground by a precision guide rail grinder, ensuring excellent accuracy retention of the machine tool. The friction surfaces of the bed saddle and skateboard guide rail are bonded with low friction coefficient polytetrafluoroethylene wear-resistant soft belts, thereby improving the accuracy of the guide rail and extending the service life of the machine tool.
