Machine tool main structure and technical characteristics

Step 1: Base

The rib shape of the base is optimized by Ansys software, which makes the machine have high rigidity. The material is high-density cast iron with high strength and good shock absorption.

Spindle

The spindle of this series of machine tools can be selected with A2-11 domestic or imported spindle unit, or homemade spindle unit, which adopts the current international advanced and mature structure in design. The main shaft front support is composed of a double row cylindrical roller bearing and a two-way thrust angular contact ball bearing, and the back support is a double row cylindrical roller bearing; Bearings are imported precision spindle bearings, and bearings are lubricated with imported high-speed grease. The axial and radial preloads of the spindle system can be adjusted with a single nut for high radial and axial stiffness. The inner ring of the roller bearing can be used to adjust the radial clearance, thus obtaining the best machining accuracy and lower operating temperature.

The main motor of this series of machine tools drives the spindle to rotate through the multi-wedge belt, so as to ensure the high efficiency, low noise and low vibration of the entire transmission system to meet the cutting requirements of various conditions such as low speed and high torque and high speed and high power. The spindle box and the base are connected through holes, so that the spindle assembly of the machine tool has a high rigidity.

Feed system

The X and Z axes are driven by servo motors and are directly connected to the ball screw through an elastic coupling. The ball screw is installed with both ends fixed.

Tool

Chuck cylinder

The standard chuck of this machine tool selects Taiwan or domestic hydraulic chuck, the chuck is waterproof chuck, the jaw slide seat and the disc body sliding with a seal, can effectively prevent the coolant through the chuck to the spindle leakage, but also can prevent the chip into the sliding surface of the slide seat. There are 3 T-slots on the end face of the chuck, which can be easily replaced with various fixture fixtures, fast and good adaptability, and can meet the requirements of users for processing various parts. Also optional imported hydraulic chuck and cylinder, domestic waterproof power chuck and Taiwan cylinder. The cylinder also has optional detection function.

Lubrication station

The machine tool adopts domestic or joint venture centralized automatic lubrication system, and has the function of liquid level alarm and pressure alarm.

Cooling system

The cooling pump flow of this machine is 133L/min, and the head is 40 meters. The cooling box is separated from the main machine (the cooling water tank is installed behind or on the side of the main machine) to ensure that the accuracy of the machine is protected from the cutting heat. Using imported cooling pump, the cooling water is divided into three ways after the cooling pump is drawn out by the water separator: one is connected with the cooling water port on the tool holder, and is ejected by the knife clip nozzle to provide cooling and lubrication for parts and tools to ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece and improve the service life of the tool; The other one is connected with the water pipe above the base on the left side of the spindle for flushing out the iron filings on the bed: the third one is connected with the water gun for cleaning parts and machine tools.

Chip conveyor

According to the different material of the workpiece, the machine can choose chain-plate chip removal, scraper or magnetic scraper chip removal. The chain-plate chip extractor is suitable for collecting and transporting all kinds of rolls, clumps and blocks of chips. The scraper is suitable for conveying copper, aluminum, cast iron and other debris. The magnetic scraper chip extractor is mainly used for the transport of cast iron chips less than 150 mm in length in wet processing. The chip eliminator is automatic, and the start and stop of the chip eliminator can be controlled by the M command.
